 Advisory Consultation
A 45–60-minute introductory call to discuss your unique challenges as an entrepreneur. We’ll explore your "back story," motivations for change, and mutually decide on the next steps. Business advisory services and business consulting agreement starts with getting to know your business and establishing trust.  

This consultation is 100% free.

Initial Project ‘Kick-Off’
Sweet Equity partners with you to clarify your business goals—short, medium, and long-term. We’ll review your operations across sales, marketing, distribution, and overall strategy, interviewing key stakeholders for a holistic perspective. This first step takes 8-12 hours, based on complexity and stakeholder size, and can be scheduled to minimize disruptions. All services are provided under a confidentiality agreement to ensure trust. Upon completion, we’ll develop an action plan for execution and improvement in the identified areas.

Initial Project Fee:
Starting at $2,000 per area/department, with discounts available for additional area/department engaged.

Monthly Advisory Service
Following the Kick-Off, Sweet Equity will schedule agreed to 60-minute meetings to track progress, adjust strategies, address new challenges, and opportunities. Entrepreneurs often face decisions alone, but our advisory service ensures you’re never on that journey by yourself.

Monthly Advisory Service Fee:
Starting at $600, with discounts available for additional area/department.
